1. Hit Windows+I to open the Settings app and then click the “System” category.
2. Click the “Power & Sleep” tab on the left. On the right, click the “Additional Power Settings” link under the “Related Settings” section.
3. In the window that pops up, click “Show Additional Plans” and then click the “Ultimate Performance” option.
If you couldn't find this mode, open the command line and at the prompt, type (or copy and paste) the following command and then hit Enter:
powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
